Will need to Aaron Feuerstein rebuild in Malden and pay his workers in the meantime? What do you think of Feuerstein's decision? What might you have done acquired you experienced his location?

I believe that Aaron Feuerstein should proceed with his plans to rebuild in Malden as well as continue to pay his employees some form of severance shell out. Although the organization faced hard economic hardships that were certainly not at the fault of the employees, it will not show up 100% around the shoulders of the company to pay the employees their total pay when trying to recover by such a difficult time. With this getting said I do believe that Mr. Feuerstein must do everything in his power to improve this company trying to move forward by these occurrences. Also, to move forward while using rebuilding on this company reveals the people of Malden that you ought to always target excellence and not let the techniques for this tainted government make decisions because of their livelihoods.

Personally i think like the decision made by Feuerstein was ethical and will be forever remembered by people of Malden and other countries overseas. However , to express that it was a brilliant decision I cannot. This mainly because to say you are going to continue to pay all workers the same amount of money that you were paying these people when the business was producing a profit is definitely not feasible in this day and period. With the firm failing as a result of economic crisis the main focus should be getting hired back up and running ahead of committing to hiring back all of that were there before. If I were Feuerstein, We would look into national grants which can be in place to aid economically broken companies and start building from the beginning up. Likewise, to build back again bigger than before was not a great thought. I would start small and leave room for expansion.
